Privacy
This notice explains which personal data are processed when you visit this website and when you get in touch.
1. Controller
IKD virtual assistant LLC, represented by Iris Dorenburg
1209 Mountain Rd, PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA
E-mail: info@irisdorenburg.com

2. Providing the website
When the site is called up, the hosting provider may process technically necessary information in server logs: IP address, date and time, the file requested, the page visited before, browser type and operating system.
This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of this site. Storage periods and recipients depend on the hosting provider and will be added before publication.
3. Contact form and e-mail
If you use the form or send an e-mail, we process the details you provide in order to answer your enquiry, in particular name, e-mail address, optional organisation and the message itself.
For pre-contractual enquiries the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data are deleted once the enquiry is closed and no retention obligations apply.
4. Booking via Calendly
Calendly is not embedded. The booking link is an ordinary external link. Only when you open it is a connection to that provider established, under their terms.
5. Cookies, analytics and external fonts
This website uses no analytics or advertising services, loads no external fonts and sets no cookies that are not technically necessary. The terrain animation is computed entirely in your browser and transmits nothing to third parties.
6. Transfers to third countries
The controlling company is based in the USA, so processing in the USA may occur in connection with an enquiry. Using external services such as Calendly may likewise involve processing in third countries.
7. Your rights
Within the limits of the law you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent once given can be withdrawn with effect for the future.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Updates
This notice will be adapted if the website, the hosting provider or the services used change.
